I ordered a delivery totaling $32 and change, paying with two $20 bills. The restaurant outsourced the delivery to DoorDash, but the driver arrived with absolutely no change. When I called the store to resolve this, the evening manager was incredibly hostile and irritable. She claimed that when they get busy they hand orders to DoorDash, insisted I had to call DoorDash myself, and then hung up on me, when I just didn’t understand how I was going to get my change then I didn’t even order the food from door dash I ordered from... read more
Wow, just did a carry out order and honestly I could not be more impressed with the service that we received. As far as "drive thru window" service goes - 10/10. The gentleman at the window was well spoken, polite, and was happy to accommodate our additional requests. Well done!.
Today was the worst delivery we have ever had they were 45 minutes late tonight, pizza is luke warm, wings are cold and very little sauce.
Great drive thru service. Always positive and polite.
