I had ordered a stuff crust pizza, and i understand it was a snowy day but i’ve always ordered before from this Pizza Hut and they always mess up my order some way or another. This is the last time I order from this place, the pizza that i recently ordered came melting off the ingredients when i lifted the slice, a pizza shouldn’t do that. So yeah never ordering from here ever.
I will never ever order from them again!! First time they delivered me a pizza with no cheese at all! I had to take the pizza back to them and they refused to add cheese. Today I ordered and after waiting for 1 hour, my pizza still wasn’t delivered. I called and they couldn’t find my order and then told me it was ready for pick up. Let's just say I stopped by for a quick bite to eat bet having to finish up my Christmas wrapping for the evening and I ordered two pizzas and this is what I got! I'm totally in disbelief and will NEVER ORDER from this place again.
The last few times, the restaurant has not taped the top of my pizza order. I have complained and nothing has changed. I am very funny about the handling of my food. You never know how others handle your food in the car ride. I am considering ordering from another location.
December 16th pizza ordered at 9:51 , it’s 11:06 and still not here … We live 6 minutes away
