I ordered a pizza that took an hour and a half to get to me (I live 10 minutes from the store) it was missing its topping and wasn't even sliced. The phone number for the store doesn't go to the store.. Irritating

I ordered 2 personal pan meat lovers pizzas at $9.19 each and when they were delivered it was 2 pepperoni personal pan pizzas with only 4 slices of pepperoni on each one. I was very unhappy that I paid that much and didn’t receive what I ordered and paid for.

Absolutely horrible experience, My husband ordered a pizza tonight & after 30 min he calls & asks about pizza, realized he messed up & put pick up on order, he calls back to fix it seeing if he can get it delivered, they say yes in 20 min after awhile still no pizza then gets informed they have no drivers, so I go pick up the pizza, I get home, pizza cold & there's a public hair on the pizza 👀😏 GROSS. So I took a pic we will be calling a manager or someone. 👎👎👎👎👎

Very busy store had only 1 delivery driver on, but using DoorDash to fulfill orders. Longer than average wait times, and store employees forgetting to start some orders, which makes other orders late contribute to poor ratings. No indoor seating at all - carry out (take away) or delivery only. Saw online that they only pay $10-12 per hour for drivers, and since people in the area seldom tip, there's your reason why it's probably better to pick up your pie if you don't want to wait.

Just ordered the family pasta. When I received the food. There was no warmth from the box. Both Pasta dishes were cold. The cheese was not even melted anymore. The bread sticks were cold and almost stale. This food clearly sat on a shelf for a while before it was picked up to be delivered. It seems the quality of food is going way down these days while the prices are sky high.
