We placed a carry out order online that included a double order or breadsticks and 2 extra cups of marinara. Brought it home and realized there was no marinara with our order. We don’t live far from this location so I drove back up there thinking they forgot it. I was told that they were out of marinara until the truck arrives tomorrow. A woman worker there had her 8 to 10 yr kid there in the back where the food is made. The child is NOT an employee but her mom is.

I placed an order for six pizzas and received a confirmation email. The store canceled my order and didn’t even try to notify me. I drove there late at night, wasting time and gas, only to be told by the employee, a husky older man with a goatee, that he assumed I wouldn’t show up. When I calmly showed him my confirmation email, he snapped, “I know you can get that phone out of my face.” Completely unprofessional and rude.
