I am extremely disappointed with Pizza Hut in Ocean, NJ. A staff member verbally attacked a Black customer using the N-word, and multiple patrons have shared similar experiences of racism at this location. While I see that the employee was terminated, this kind of behavior reflects a deeper problem with the culture and accountability of the restaurant.
