The store never delivered my food and didn’t contact me about it. After almost an hour wait, a DoorDash driver texted “order canceled.” Didn’t indicate it was Pizza Hut or why. Y’all really took my money and did this to me.
This doesn’t even deserve the star it has.. I ordered a pizza on July 15th (delivery) it was delivered to me and I kid you not it looked like a sloppy cartoon pizza from the 80s.. I called to have it replaced.. the call went to customer service and they replaced my order.. only for someone at the store to call me and tell me they can’t send me a new pizza because they ran out of ingredients.. but said they would issue a refund to my card.. here it is over a month later and still no refund.
