Horrible customer service . I ordered a pizza and they delivered it to the wrong address.. mind you they were 2 mins away from my address and they randomly went further .? & then I call, they can’t remake my order bc there out of dough so now I have to starve tonight bc there drivers are scammers and I belive he delivered it to himself .

Ordered delivery off the app, $40 of food turned into $60 after delivery and fees.the food took double the expected delivery time and arrived cold.

Went in today to pick up my cheesy bread and saw someone preparing food and VAPING. I told the person who was cashing me out that he should tell the young man he shouldn’t do that in front of customers. He replied “oh it’s ok it’s ventilated “ as though that was what I was concerned about. If they are letting things like that slide I can only imagine what other unsanitary things are going on at this location

Ordered via pizza hut app and they assigned a door dash deliverer to it, but they charged me the $6 delivery fee. If I wanted door dash I would have used their app and avoided delivery fee. Instead you were scummy and pulled this move. Pizza Hut is the WORST!
