Made a pre-order early in the day for a evening delivery. Waited well over an hour with no response from anyone when I finally recieved a notification from Door Dash that my order had been canceled, never heard from Pizza Hut at all. Had I known about their outsourcing to Door Dash for delivery, I would not have ordered in the first place. Reading other reviews it seems others have had the same issue.

Bad service, I forgot about this location and happen again: Terrible service, I ordered the pizza an hour ago and it hadn't arrived, the delivery was made by DoorDash and according to the tracking, the driver was still at the restaurant and when I called to find out what was going on, the person who answered said that the order had been completed a long time ago, then by magic the DoorDash car started moving and arrived in 7 minutes, breaking a record, disgusting service, I have never ordered there again, almost cold pizza a... read more

Placed a big order and received the wrong pizzas. Staff did not even check and the app would not load the prior order nor did it provide any options to rectify the issue. Lazy service

Terrible Experience with Pizza Hut and DoorDash I recently placed a delivery order from Pizza Hut, completely unaware that they now use DoorDash. If I had known, I would never have ordered. The experience was absolutely frustrating and disappointing, especially as I was extremely sick and relying on my order to be correct.
