We placed an order today for carry out and waited 40 minutes before heading to pick up our food. The manager Maribel was extremely rude and kept sending me in circles in the drive thru saying the order wasn’t ready and to give them another five minutes and go back around. We then went inside and another manager had arrived and apologized and said it would be another 20 minutes as the wings had not even been made yet. I placed an order @3pm today, my delivery estimate time was 3:38-3:48 it is now 5:35 and we have got NOTHING! Customer service is TRASH! I called 6 different times got hung up twice left on hold once and the last 2 times I spoke with someone this restaurant manager kept telling them the pizza was in the way.
