Stopped in for dinner on a busy Saturday night and honestly I was blown away by how smooth everything went. The app completely messed up my order and even charged me without sending it to the store. Luckily the manager, Monte, stepped in right away. He was incredibly respectful and empathetic the whole time, making sure I didn’t feel brushed off or ignored. Pizza was dry and over cooked. Here on vacation and it was close by.
