Usually I do not have a problem with them but today I ordered the hut box with 4 piece Traditional wings and I redeemed my points to get 8 piece buffalo medium to be delivered, however I did not receive the 8 piece Wings and the gave me BBQ not what I asked for and when I called them about it I was told "sorry its hard to get a dasher to you with an online order! didn't offer no money back or couldn't put my points back!I will never go back to that location!
Did take out good pizza
Ordered from here, chose delivery because it was an option and 20 mins passed delivery time received a message from a 3rd party (DoorDash) that order was canceled. Called Pizza Hut and was informed that they could not help me, no refund, no replacement order no way of contacting the driver. DoorDash driver stole the order and we were out $30
