Update: I did receive a full refund. However, I will still not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Today, 8-23-25, at 4:02pm, the time of the confirmation email, which I will keep, I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app. At 4:19pm, which I will keep, I received a text saying my order would be delivered at 4:33pm and I did not receive it until 4:46pm and then another text at 4:48pm saying the driver confirmed the delivery. That would be a time frame of approximately 25 min AND my order was delivered in a non insulated bag.... read more
