Rude employees. That is putting it nicely. Put it in the notes that we wanted the pizza light baked. They burnt it horribly. Refused to remake. I had my husband get a refund on 2/5 pizzas. Absolutely ridiculous they can't follow basic directions. I will always drive further for good service. Back to Westerville it is.
Never been treated this way ever, I just came in 5 mins ago to this pizza hut and the cashier was upset because I didn't tip. She had the biggest attitude and even told her co worker that I did not tip. I came to pick my pizza up, it wasn't delivered. That behavior was so disgusting.
This pizza hut is disgusting, I went in to Get my food today and instantly walked out after seeing 2 employees preparing the food with no gloves on. I order here often but after today never again
There pizza dont be done and they need to do something about that crust being gooey its been over a year since I came back and the pizza still isn't being cooked throughly I thought the crust was supposed to be golden brown
