There's just not much good about Pizza Hut anymore. Quality is poor, service is not good - they don't address you when you arrive (customer service 101), they're not friendly or even kind. I remember liking the pan pizza, but it's just a memory now. ..and no thanks, I'm not going to your Facebook page to provide you with more details so you can give me a free pizza that I just explained wasn't good. This is already the second time this has happened, no thanks. You'd do better to work on the poor performance of your employees... read more

Terrible location, Terrible food, Terrible service. Ordered our food online and was not notified when it was delivered and when realized it was delivered 30 minutes later, found it left in the rain and our food was soaked and cold. Have tried to reach out on three separate occasions and told someone will be with me in 72 hours, and nothing. Pizza hut cannot go out of business faster.

I had a really great experience at Pizza Hut on 3/30/26 around 6pm-8/9pmish, and I just want to give a huge thank you to the manager, Sean. He helped me out tremendously with my order and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of! I was having issues with a DoorDash delivery and he did everything he could to help provide a great experience. Ordered pizza and was given a delivery time. 30 minutes past delivery time I called. Kindly explained the situation to try to get an update or figure out what was going on because im hungry. Guy says “wait one second ma’am” and hangs up on me. Refuses to answer phone afterwards confirming it was on purpose.
