Not only is this one of the only dine in pizza huts I know of, but the staff is so friendly, respectful, and always take great care of us.
This store is horrible... last couple times they have messed the order up. Usually, the buffalo mild nuggets end up being medium or hot. This is almost every dang time. This time, I made a note to confirm the nugget sauce and they forgot our bread sticks and dipping sauce. Dude, the amount of times we have to call this store to correct an issue is outrageous.
I somehow made the mistake online of choosing carry-out instead of delivery. I called the 1301 FM 407 ste 209 store in Lewisville and quickly got an answer and the problem was corrected. I thought I’d forsure get a cold pizza 45 minutes later. Nope, they had the pizza to me in 10 minutes. Probably the best pizza and cheese sticks I’ve ever had. Management and employees deserve an A+.
I'd give 5 stars if the paid attention to my special instructions of cutting into Squares!! Thet NEVER do!!!!! That did it again. Did not cut into squares
