My order was cold when I got it and I received a wrong pizza that had to belong to someone else. Then I look at my bank statement and they changed the tip to $20. I called and I was refunded the $20 but with the order not even being correct and then that happening what the heck is going on up there! Won’t order here again! You don’t get what you pay for and they changed the tip.
I order the 24.99 Superbowl Special which is 2 medium pizza, 8 boneless buffalo wings, bread sticks and 2 dips. The pizza was not fully cook and they forgot to give me my 8 buffalo wings and when I ask the cashier if everyrhing was there she said yes but almost felt dismissive. Very dissappointed.
Manager is trash. They cancel orders, get orders wrong, never answer the phone. I will definitely be there in person tomorrow
I enjoy working at Kuykendahl 99 everybody does what they supposed to do and nobody needs to be told to do anything and it is so calm and peaceful there
