Ordered a 3 topping carry out pizza and paid extra for pan pizza. With extra ham. The fluffy golden brown crust. Picked up, got home, no fluffy golden brown crust and dingy floral covered crust and barely any ham with entirely too much cheese and no sauce. Guy tried to argue with me. We order from here almost weekly, and always pay extra for the yummy crust. Just asked for a refund since I didnt want thw wrong crust again. Very disappointed.
I am a lifelong Pizza Hut lover (thank you book it! from the 90s). Whoever the owner of this location is should be absolutely ashamed of their operation. The last three times I’ve ordered here it’s been nothing but an absolute nightmare. The crew is completely incompetent. Zero customer service skills, zero time management skills, and zero understanding of how to work the drive thru or the counter. Please, if you own this Pizza Hut, please go take control of your business.
