Ordered via pizzahut.com, store delivered using DoorDash. Part of my order was not sent with driver. Spent over an hour trying to call the store and option 3 for speak to the store rings until it disconnects with a busy signal. No option to report an issue with order online to get a partial refund. Don't order from this place. They don't care to ensure you get what you paid for and you won't get through to anyone who can fix it.
I ordered a pizza ate and left
Won’t follow basic requests on pizza cooking times. Requested well done. Came still looking like raw dough. Had to put in the oven for 10+ mins when arrived
The last pizza I received was inedible. I had to dispute the charge. Like, I get if someone orders chicken wings, because this isn't wing hut, but I expect pizza hut to be able to make an edible cheese pizza. I don't really blame the workers. Sure seems like the corporate overlords are trying their best to sacrifice product and customer service to enrich themselves.
