We went in honestly not expecting a whole lot, but we ended up being really impressed. Everyone working there was super friendly, attentive, and actually seemed to care about making sure we had a good experience. Both the GM and the manager were great and made us feel welcome from the moment we came in. The lobby was really clean too, and we loved all the Texas stuff they had around the restaurant. The new manager there or whoever it is, the older lady, is pretty incompetent and is continuously incompetent. I don’t understand how it’s so hard for her to do things but it is, she may not be the one for the job. She also continuously upsets customers when im there and I know because I see it happen. She has a horrible attitude. The other Hispanic lady does not have these problems and runs a tight ship and it shows night and day when they are on shift. I just spent over $60.00! On pizzas and ya'll don't give out ANY Free red pepper or Parmigiano...you gonna charge me an extra $5!? I won't be back. You just lost a good customer to this! Wayyyy too many other pizza places in town that give it for free and THANKS FOR LETTINGE KNOW IN ADVANCE!🤯🤬
