I mean do Pizza Hut not do “pan” anymore? I was not given an option it was hand tossed, deep dish or thin. What happened to that lil greesy residue on your hand and that crisp. The manager Kristen is not good. She is rude to her employees!!
Called twice requesting the remainder of my order and I never received it. Obviously they cannot seem to read, prepare and deliver an entire order. It is really not hard to double check to make sure you have EVERYTHING included before your driver leaves the store. This is a continuing issue with this location.
They fail to send the dip you order with delivery. This is the 4th time. Been waiting over an hour and it still isn't here.
Although the food is usually pretty good, my last experience was HORRID to the point that it has me questioning if Ill ever order from them again. It DOESNT take an hour to get food for Carryout after being told 20mins and a $32 order should NEVER turn into $45 because they run out of dough. This was all AFTER trying to place an order on the app for half an hour not knowing they ran out of dough. Had to call to find this out. Just frustrating experience all the way around.
