They fail to send the dip you order with delivery. This is the 4th time. Been waiting over an hour and it still isn't here.

Although the food is usually pretty good, my last experience was HORRID to the point that it has me questioning if Ill ever order from them again. It DOESNT take an hour to get food for Carryout after being told 20mins and a $32 order should NEVER turn into $45 because they run out of dough. This was all AFTER trying to place an order on the app for half an hour not knowing they ran out of dough. Had to call to find this out. Just frustrating experience all the way around. Definitely good on Pizza Hut for a while. Order 2 items at 7:30. They told me my order was ready online only to get there and wait 45 minutes for a medium pizza and cinnamon rolls. It’s simple, don’t tell me the order is ready until it’s ready.

Stopped taking orders and answering the phone at 7pm on a Friday. Called they wouldn’t answer, so it was forwarded to pizza hut customer service. Then the store wouldn’t even answer for them. So they took my order and never got my food and was charged. Absolutely a joke of a store and wonder why they are going out of business
