I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this has been very frustrating. This location does not answer the phone, and my order was wrong. I ordered a Meat Lover’s pizza but received a two-topping instead, and I never received the 2-liter soda I paid for. When I contacted the call center, I was told I would be refunded, but that later changed to a store credit at this location. I do not want a store credit—I want the refund I paid for. I will continue calling until I’m able to speak with someone directly.
Ordered ahead at 1:00pm for a delivery of 2:15pm, before a football game. Gets to be 2:30 and it still shows it being in the oven. Called and an almost bubbly, AI-like voice tells me that she had nooo idea about it having a set time and that it was done…but it’ll take awhile to get here. Canceled it real quick. I’d even tipped 20% ahead of time. Don’t waste your time or money.
Sophie and Piper, was very kind and sweet! My pizza was hot and delicious, my is family fed & full!
