I ordered three medium pizzas for delivery and only received one. When I called the store they didn’t answer. I got transferred to a call center and told them I wanted a refund and they had to transfer me back to the store, and they didn’t answer. I just moved to this area and am a long time Hut Rewards member, but if this is my local Pizza Hut, I won’t be ordering anymore. I Order a large pepperoni hand tossed extra cheese with 2 sides of dipping sauce and what I received was a thin crust with no extra dipping sauce this is now the second time this has happened and on top of that the employee was rude
I don’t understand what is the point of having a phone when you’re gonna put your customers on hold for 15+ minutes every time called. Quit the job if you’re a worker there and you can’t pick up a phone. Ruining the owners business. Every time thing. On top of that, you have to listen to the frustrating automated voice message the WHOLE time,
