I placed an order to feed my large family and an hour after I placed my order they notified they were out of some items I ordered. When I called to see what was going on i was transferred to speak to the Manager “Jennifer” immediately she was very rude and condescending she said “ I don’t know what’s going on with your order and I can’t do anything about because we are backed up” when I asked for a refund she said “I had to wait there was nothing she could do because they were backed up” I had to go to the store in person to... read more
