Absolutely terrible experience at this Pizza Hut on Lee Street in Des Plaines. It was my daughter’s birthday and I had guests waiting at home. I called ahead and ordered three vegetarian pizzas—when I got home and opened the boxes, they were pepperoni pizzas instead. I went back to the store, thinking they would quickly fix the mistake. I don’t know the name of the man who was running the store today but he was wonderful. Looked like he was working the store alone, and he still did a great job preparing the order. He was very kind and even confirmed each item on the order to make sure everything was there!
Won’t recommend this place. Only one person working and he was very rude. I placed my order and keep telling me he can’t look up my orders until it is pop up in his system. Won’t go this place….
