Honestly if I can give this place a zero I called up there four times she said she couldn't find my order and yet we had to go up there just for her to find it and just to say they're out of mushrooms It was very disrespectful about it not good customer service wasn't willing to make it right
Tonio should not be taking orders. Was short with an attitude, and then put in my order wrong. Running short on time so couldn't fix it. Plus they have 2 doors, one of which is for employees but they don't tell you until you walk through and they yell at you.
Belinda has poor customer service and rude and unprofessional doesn’t have any understanding of.
Ordered directly from the Pizza Hut app, took them 70 minutes and it arrived cold
