I placed an online carry out order on 7/19 for a 7/20 pickup, directly on the website. I got the confirmation email saying the order was placed. Show up to the store around the pick up time and the door is locked with no one inside. I called, and the woman who answered said she’d need to transfer my call directly to the store. And obviously no one answered. Apparently this has happened to other people, so just don’t order from here, period.

Just found out pizza sitting on the porch. No one rang the bell. It was supposed to be handed to us. Who knows how long it sat there. This store sucks!!!

I placed an order online my husband did & we went to pick it up. Nobody was in store, but mind you they say open on the internet. We get back into the car to try and cancel our order and get our money back, the person answers and say yes the stores opens at 4:00pm & hangs up! So yes I’m highly pissed off. That store is never open at the time it’s supposed to open!

They use Doordash for delivery, and we never received our pizza. The store will not answer their phone. I'm pretty sure the DD delivery person stole our pizzas, which included a $5.49 delivery fee and a $9 tip. Pizza Hut's toll-free number said it is the store's responsibility to fix it. Doordash said they contract with Pizza Hut even though I am a paid subscriber to their service. I'm out $60, and nobody at Pizza Hut or Doordash cares. That's not how you do business if you want to succeed.
