Criminally incompetent on all fronts. Laid up and the entire family has COVID. Ordered a single large pizza and gave a 25% top through the website. Said it would be delivered at 11:41am. Noon came and I tried to call the store and got a call center worker instead. They told me my order would arrive at 12:16. At 12:30, I got the distinct feeling no such thing was going to occur. I have never dealt with a store so disrespectful, I asked to speak to a manager to change a sauce on wings and they said well we can't and purposefully hung up with an insanely disrespectful attitude. I called back twice, went to corporate's number and they transferred me 10 times just to say the store is busy. As soon as the pizza got here, the dough was undercooked and the wings were overcooked. I definitely did not deserve this experience. Ruined my day.

Placed an order on 1/1/25 at 10:11pm - email confirmation was sent informing me order would be ready by 10:26pm- arrived at Blacklick location at 10:36 Pizza is closed! No one was inside of store & order has been paid for! Called Reynoldsburg Pizza Hut location to place same order. The gentleman on the phone was rude & condescending. Wish I could give minus stars! Placed order for deliver, said they received order at 4:22pm. And delivery would be 30 minutes later. 1 hour 20 minutes still waiting. Called customer service and was transferred to the local store and was on hold over 20 minutes. 5:50 pm get message from delivery service that order was picked up and in route. I called driver and told him to return it to the store, I am not feeding my family cold food!
