This Pizza Hut should not be in business. Filthy dirty. I called at 11:50 placed the order and was told to hold on, drove to the store and was still on hold when I arrived 25 minutes later, employee was frazzled and said he was the only one who was working. That is not my problem, he was very rude and could care less. Terrible customer service, I would give 0 stars if aI could. Please do better. I placed an online carry out order on 7/19 for a 7/20 pickup, directly on the website. I got the confirmation email saying the order was placed. Show up to the store around the pick up time and the door is locked with no one inside. I called, and the woman who answered said she’d need to transfer my call directly to the store. And obviously no one answered. Apparently this has happened to other people, so just don’t order from here, period.

Just found out pizza sitting on the porch. No one rang the bell. It was supposed to be handed to us. Who knows how long it sat there. This store sucks!!!

I placed an order online my husband did & we went to pick it up. Nobody was in store, but mind you they say open on the internet. We get back into the car to try and cancel our order and get our money back, the person answers and say yes the stores opens at 4:00pm & hangs up! So yes I’m highly pissed off. That store is never open at the time it’s supposed to open!
