I waited about 20 or more minutes on cinnamon buns. I paid about ten dollars and change. I was told id only wait ten minutes. I asked about the order a couple times but nicely. I said I didn't have much more time. Finally I said I had to leave. The cashier didn't say anything. I left with no refund or food. I did not receive the item I purchased. I was offered no refund. I paid cash.

I ordered a medium thin and crispy crust pizza with extra garlic parmesan sauce. Pizza was dry. Lifted the cheese and saw no sauce. They sent another pizza, only this one had a tiny amount of the red sauce. Tried to call the store, kept getting the call center. I was told they don't use very much sauce anymore, which is an under statement. One star is all they deserve. I wanted to speak with the manager. Unable to reach the manager. Edit: this is now the 3rd time this year I've ordered and they outsourced to door dash. Which means the driver undoubtedly will not speak English. Not pay attention to instructions. I'll have cold food and almost guaranteed to have missing items. So unfortunately this will be the final time I order from them. At least the delivery drivers employed by pizza hut have some sort of accountability to adhere to whereas doordash doesn't care about anything. Dang. Very disappointed.

Stayed at the Hyatt and walked over before 6pm. Staff was friendly and funny, patient and fast. Food was great, plenty of space to eat indoors but we went back to the room to enjoy the Nuggets play on tv
