I appreciate the the young lady calling to notify me that they were out of beef meat and allowed me to substitute for another meat.

The pizza was over an hour late, and after calling multiple times during that hour and repeatedly being told it was “on the way,” it still never arrived. We ultimately had to cancel the order.
