I've been a customer at this Pizza Hut for going on 20 years and cannot remember a time that I was treated better. Megan was completely awesome late last Friday night. There was a minor mistake and I was upset. Megan came from the back and explained exactly what happened and fixed it right away. I could tell the other person was new but she didn't use that as an excuse which I appreciated since most managers would. Great customer service cannot be overstated. My order was supposed to be here at 1810it’s now 1902 and my food is just now coming. It’s sad that you have to pay tip before getting food received it and it’s cold over it
Food came 25 min past the time it said then was cold and dry and not what we ordered, when I tried to call I got put on hold then hung up on sooooooooo never coming here again, wish I never did this
