I am trying to pick up an order for DoorDash, trying to pick up by 2:02PM as instructed and the servers are always huddling in the kitchen to hide. I’ve been waiting for 15+ minutes and all of a sudden they mark the my customer’s order as ready… When I tell one of the available servers that “I got a notification the order is ready.” I got a response a minute later as she checks and says “We’re still waiting on the Cinnastix.” Why is it marked order ready when it is not?
