I ordered a game day. Cinnamon sticks were correct, cheese sticks were correct. 1 and a half of the pizza was suppose to be pepperoni, half cheese. The options were to pay for another pizza and the delivery or half credit. Pay for more for their mistake or not get what we actually wanted. Honestly only reason I went with Pizza hut was because Papa John's was closed. Now I definitely wont be using Pizza Hut anymore. See photos, no pepperoni.
Bruz you cant make this up dudes forgot a whole pizza and wings and incinerated my damn pizza
The manager Kristin was very helpful with communicating with me and giving me updates about my order. The store had loss power the morning of our event and we ordered Pizza Hut delivery. She gave me updates and was very helpful getting the order refund resolved.
Very good pizza,friendly staff, convenient to pick up at drive-through window.
Not recommended at all, poor service. No customer service and very unpleasant place to dine in. Never again a place to be remotely considered.
