Poor customer service, ordered our usual Friday night pizza's at least $40 each week, not told they stopped taking checks on Monday until driver arrived.. Called asked to speak with manager she said she was manager Michelle & I asked for last name was told they don't use last names. Only got an "Sorry" ... Must be great to tell customer "your business is not important to us!" Customer Service from a manager? Really? Papa John from now on here!
