Had two orders where one pizza had jalapenos not included on it, even though I paid extra for them. I spoke with the GM Chandler (sp?), who was very nice; apologetic; and helpful, and credited my next order. I placed an order today over the phone, that showed 'Gabriela' on the receipt under who took my order. She remembered helping my mother from a previous order mix-up, in which she was kind enough to offer an extra pizza as compensation for the inconvenience. Not the type to come on here and place a review but i just had to today. The customer service in the front was rude loud and so awkward for everyone else who was in there. This was the first time to ever try out Pizza Hut and i will not be returning. Thanks
