Food was mid ordered there 26.99 deal and they forgot to sauce the wings and when I got home I didn’t get my breadsticks. Piss poor service for a bunch of clearly high idiots working at a pizza joint
We placed an order online. We arrived at the time it said it would be ready. However, we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes once there. It was just kind of irritating, I ordered online to avoid having to wait. The food, thankfully, was delicious.
I ordered online around 6:00pm and waited almost 20 minutes before it told me that a "door dasher" was bringing the food. It said it would be delivered around 6:30pm. I waited until 6:50 before I called pizza hut. I was then put on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up and calling back in. I was then told at 7pm that the dasher has not picked up the food yet and they can't do anything until the dasher cancels the order or picks it up.
