Took my money, then never delivered my food.
Terrible service from this location. Made an online order around 6pm. I got the confirmation email. Their lousy drivers didn't knock on my door or call my cell. I called the store back around 7:45pm after waiting an hour for my dinner. The women that responded gave me attitude. I will never order again from this location. Worst service I've had in years.
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. Every. Single. Time. I order delivery they forget something. Last time they forgot my orange soda, so they said they would send someone back with it, but when they came back they brought me another me another Pepsi. This time they forgot my orange soda all together. Now I have to wait 5-7 days for the refund. Dominoes always gets it right. Not sure why Pizza Hut can’t.
Excellent staff. Always friendly, helpful.
Poor customer service skills. Rude ass workers and management. Never again
