I ordered my order online at 9:30 and decided to change and upgrade the order at 11:08. At that time I spoke to a very nice call center manager named Esther and she upgraded the order and stated it would be 11:50 It is currently 1:25 and my order has not arrived. I called the local branch manager and he was very rude and nasty. he stated he could only do a $3 discount for almost an hours time after I was promised.
