Horrible food. Horrible service! Everything was over cooked and undercooked. I want my money back!
I called so that I could have a pizza and have it delivered. two hours passed and I never got my pizza until I called again. when I called again, the person i was talking to gave me an attitude and said that I live across the road that I can just come and get it. Like be so fr who do you think you are? he was acting like I didn’t just come back from working a 17 hour shift and just came back from the damn hospital. pls make sure your employees are at least nice bc that literally ruined the part of the day I had left.
This place is so unprofessional I did not get all my food I keep calling and someone sitting there just hanging up the phone I will be disputing this order this is very sad I spent 58.00 and got nothing but a large pizza when I ordered pizza wings and drinks smmfh!!
I had to delete my prior bad review from years ago to write this! I haven’t been to this Pizza Hut in forever, but decided to try it again since it’s only 5 minutes from our house. The pizza tracker said it was on its way at 8:19 with estimated delivery time of 8:24. It was delivered at 8:58! The pizza and wings were cold. The wings were soggy from sitting in a pool of sauce while they took over 30 minutes to make the 5 minute trip.
