I ordered 2 pans of chicken Alfredo pasta and the cookie dessert. The pasta was watery with hardly any sauce at all and pretty much tasteless. They forgot my breadsticks. When I called I told them just to credit my account for future orders and the manager insisted they deliver them to me instead. Which was nice but the pasta was cold by the time I got they got there. I was staying in a hotel near by and ordered for carry out and had someone pick up. My order was missing sauce and breadsticks. I asked for light sauce and got a lot on my pizza. Naturally I was upset. HOWEVER, I spoke with Kaitlyn and she was very accommodating, handled me very respectfully. Everyone makes mistakes but how they handle them makes all the difference .
