I had a great experience at Pizza Hut—the food was fresh, tasty, and came out quickly. The service was friendly and efficient, and the staff seemed to be doing their best under tough conditions. Jackie, the manager, was especially helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us. She’s clearly a strong leader and cares a lot about both the customers and her team. It’s currently 10:27 and employees are inside the store, yet the doors are closed and they communicate with customers through sign language from behind the door! Posted working hours state that the store is open, I already have an online order that should have been ready 10 minutes ago, yet employees are not granting customers store access! What is going on with this place? Always Pizza Hut with the worst employees in the world! Never again will I buy or recommend Pizza Hut to anyone! This is just ridiculous!
