They never add the extra cheese I pay for, even though I put it in the comments. I may have to go back to Italian food down the street. They give me what I pay for. Update for the past 8 orders: none of the 8 orders included the extra cheese as requested. I'm not one to complain, but I even write it in the comments to verify it. Never get it.

Food was late and they didn't want to give a refund
The only reason I quit ordering from Pizza Hut was the bad quality of their pizza base, after almost 4 years I ordered to give it a try to see if anything changed but unfortunately wasted my money…👎🏻 have nothing against employees working hard so 5 stars for the service…
Horrible servicio pedí una una pizza por la q pague más de 20 dolares y me mandaron algo q no tenía q ver y después de llamar le hecharon la culpa al repartidor cuando esta llego con mi nombre en el recibo. Horrible
