So if management wants to see the call logs, I called over five times. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I called put the phone down and I drove to the location and there was only one customer at the location and the phone still was unanswered. Fast drive thru. Love it! Mobile order, easy peasy.
They are terribly understaffed. I placed my order online. I left and stopped at the convenience store. I arrived on time, according to the Pizza Hut tracker, and I still had to wait 45 minutes. They employee at the drive thru asked me to drive around the building because there were other cars in line. I drove around, and he did the same thing to the next two cars. Brought the wrong order to my home then refused to bring the correct order . They have the worst people working there . Very very rude employees !
