My order was supposed to be delivered by 9:25 PM, and I had family guests with kids who have school tomorrow, so it is already past their bedtime. After almost one hour, I still did not receive the food for my guests. I made three follow-up calls to DoorDash and the pizza store office in Germantown, MD, and they kept saying that they were waiting for the driver. First time using this location. Service was great, but the pizza wasn't as great as pizza hut usually is. I thought maybe I was given the wrong style of pizza. It just didn't seem right. By coincidence, while I was eating it a commercial came on TV advertising Pizza Hut's new crust! Ahhh, they changed their pizza. Some internet research revealed other people's disappointment. Ugh. Don't like it. Guess I won't bother with pizza hut going forward.
