I just ordered pizza for delivery. A very nice gentleman arrived at my hotel to deliver. I ran down to save him from having to come to the door of a room on the 4th floor. He was very polite and I’m sorry I didn’t notice until after I walked away that my receipt said ‘Driver Gratuity Not Included’ and the total on the receipt did not include the tip I left for him in the itemization or the total. Waited over an hour for food just for them to deliver it to the wrong place and they told me it was nothing they could do abt refunding me.
