Excellent service! I made an online order of several pizzas, but had some issues with the app acknowledging one of the deals. I arrived early at the Rowlett Pizza Hut, waited for a little bit, and was helped by a very friendly lady. She easily fixed the issue that I had in the app by giving me the discount. She was very helpful and friendly. The 4 pizzas I had ordered, including one that was gluten-free, were all delicious and made perfectly. Ordered a pizza for delivery. Opted in for text updates yet didn’t receive any so I wasn’t aware the pizza was on its way. Then about 15 minutes after estimated delivery time, I went to call to ask for an update, only got a busy signal so checked outside and they had left the pizza in the middle of my sidewalk in the direct sun. No knock, no doorbell rang or anything! If I wouldn’t have checked, I wouldn’t have known. Pizza was half ass thrown in there, no receipt, no Parmesan, no red pepper flakes. Not great service at all.
