Ordered a pizza for delivery. Opted in for text updates yet didn’t receive any so I wasn’t aware the pizza was on its way. Then about 15 minutes after estimated delivery time, I went to call to ask for an update, only got a busy signal so checked outside and they had left the pizza in the middle of my sidewalk in the direct sun. No knock, no doorbell rang or anything! If I wouldn’t have checked, I wouldn’t have known. Pizza was half ass thrown in there, no receipt, no Parmesan, no red pepper flakes. Not great service at all.

I recently ordered a 5 topping extra cheese pizza from this location and it didn't have the right amount of toppings. I called the store and let the manager know. She told me she watched her employee make my pizza and told my I was lying. I will never think to spend my hard earned money at this establishment again! She needs to learn better customer service or more of this will happen. I've been a loyal customer for 12 years but that ended as soon as she made that statement!
