Placed my order at 6:39pm. Supposed to be ready by 6:54pm. It's 7:04pm and it still isn't ready. I understand some things take time, but the staff seems to be more occupied with eachother instead of their customers. The very least they can do is acknowledge that the order is taking longer than expected, but they just continue to ignore. It's not like they are short-staffed in the back either. This is probably the worst Pizza Hut in terms of service I have ever visited.
Messed up 3 times on my order
I must say this is the best quality pizza I’ve received from a Pizza Hut in a long time. Right amount of toppings, cheese, and cook time. And might I add arrived faster and was warm upon arrival. I was visiting this area and I’ve been to over 20 Pizza Hut locations. Thanks to the entire team at this Pizza Hut location on an outstanding job. From making it to the delivery lady. This is the Pizza Hut I remember from back in the day. My name is hidden or changed for privacy reasons. Ordered the night of 8/1/25.
Think she forgot about me and I just waited for 15 minutes for nothing while the guy that came in as was leaving was in and out. I guess his five pizzas were just all ready
