We decided to dine in at Pizza Hut, but unfortunately ended up leaving after receiving our food. While the staff, especially our server, was friendly and accommodating, the overall experience was disappointing. First, there were no basic condiments like crushed red pepper or ranch dressing provided, even for dine-in customers. We were surprised to learn that these had to be purchased separately.
