Called in an order for pickup and happened to get there early, Rose told me my boneless chicken were being made so I asked if she could put some plain to the side for my pup, she did and was very pleasant. This is the kind of customer service that I appreciate and with all the pizza choices is De Soto will keep me coming back. Thanks Rose for your personal service, I hope that your upper management is aware of how valuable of an employee they have.
Employees were friendly, and the food was cooked perfectly. However, the recipe of Pizza Hut is not good, rather cheap tasting. They changed the pan pizza recipe in 2019, and ever since it’s been no good.
Went above and beyond. Had a wonderful conversation with the manager. Thank you!
