Ray customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Working the registrar is not for her. When I walked in I didn’t get a be right with you but instead she walks to the back and stays there for about 5 min. When she finally returns there’s no sorry about that wait and she just asked if I called in. I tell her my name and she tells me it’s 5 minutes. I waited 10 minutes until another employee comes up and ask for my name just to pull my pizza out of the heater. She never checked for my food at all. Every time I order from here my order takes FOREVER. Last time my order was supposed to be ready at a certain time and we had to wait an extra HOUR. Today I ordered at 6:20 for a pick up at 7:15. I just got here and of course it’s not ready. I was told 7 more minutes. They usually forget my sauce or my drink. If you want fast service or your food on time do not come here.
