Serviced a pregnant women with 2 kids raw chicken wings. Kept moving delivery time later took over hour and a half. Ordered 2 pizzas and wings. One pizza was over cooked and other was barely cooked and chicken was raw! Not uncooked! raw! pink and squishy! Im so glad I didnt give them to my kids! Wasted 45 dollars and 2 hrs of our night and didnt want to eat. I contacted store for a refund because I dont think we'll be ordering from there for a while if ever! Usually our orders are spot on. Last night at 10pm we ordered two melts and two orders of bread sticks. What was delivered was the two melts with two chocolate chip cookie pies. The wife didn't mind the mixup but myself and the kids were missing the bread sticks.

Ordered online, used 2,000 points for the pizza and paid $14 for bone in wings. Go to pick up and the lady says I owe $31. I showed her my online confirmation and bank draft. She still refused. Well, off to Jet’s pizza!!

On a Saturday night with at 6 pm. 3 people inside the store. And some woman wearing a pizza hut shirt just talking on the phone outside. Wit me waiting 20 minutes in the store for my order. What is going on with Pizza Hut lately.
