Ordered online, used 2,000 points for the pizza and paid $14 for bone in wings. Go to pick up and the lady says I owe $31. I showed her my online confirmation and bank draft. She still refused. Well, off to Jet’s pizza!!
On a Saturday night with at 6 pm. 3 people inside the store. And some woman wearing a pizza hut shirt just talking on the phone outside. Wit me waiting 20 minutes in the store for my order. What is going on with Pizza Hut lately.
Been waiting for almost 2 hours past my delivery time. Unable to get ahold of store, been on hold for 30 mins. Online "help" completely useless. Way to kill the nostalgia of pizza night.
If this Pizza Hut needs new cutters or even a new oven due to the pizza being overcooked..please let me know! Pizza Hut has gone down the hill over the years..there is a reason people choose Dominoes over them every single time
