Placed two orders for pick up; they marked them as ready for pickup. I went to go pick them up and they said it’s canceled because they are out. Yet they didn’t cancel the order nor refund me. If they didn’t have it, they shouldn’t have marked it as complete and wasted my drive up there. Now I have to call customer service to get refunded, ridiculous. I will be calling corporate Monday.
Pizza was cold and undercooked sent the wrong pizza out to me called 3 times they never answered the phone!!
Serviced a pregnant women with 2 kids raw chicken wings. Kept moving delivery time later took over hour and a half. Ordered 2 pizzas and wings. One pizza was over cooked and other was barely cooked and chicken was raw! Not uncooked! raw! pink and squishy! Im so glad I didnt give them to my kids! Wasted 45 dollars and 2 hrs of our night and didnt want to eat. I contacted store for a refund because I dont think we'll be ordering from there for a while if ever!
