Placed an order for pick up tonight. Pizza was missing a topping and was made on the wrong type of crust. Called manager and was simply told “yeah, we’re out of that”. No offer for refund, replacement, or apology. It seems ridiculous that I had to pay extra to get pan crust for a plain cheese pizza for my child but my pizza is missing ingredients and is made on the wrong crust and I don’t any sort of reimbursement or even a darn apology. Will absolutely never ever order from here again.
I ordered two medium pizzas and apple pies. The pizzas were delivered, but the driver informed me she would return with the pies. Later, I missed a call from the store, and when I called back, the representative offered me a store credit. I did not pay with store credit, and I do not want one. No one contacted me in advance to let me know the apple pies were unavailable. That alone is unacceptable.
