I have sent two email request for a refund (send a third today) with no response. Ordered pizza and breadsticks on 7/29 for pick up. Given a 15 to 20 timeframe at 8 pm waited over and hour only for the guy working to give us the wrong food as he didn’t make our order. They apparently ran out and without any communication made pepperoni pizzas- most of our home does not eat meat. I was told I would receive a phone call in one to three business days regarding my refund- This has not happened.Â

I called to order delivery. When I spoke to a lady on the phone, I originally told her I would pay cash, but then found out that it would be easier to do a card. I told the lady my card details and she told me the pizza will take 35-40 min. When the time arrived., DoorDash delivered the pizza and continued to tell me I owe them moment!
