BEWARE if you use points system in the Pizza Hut app. Lose all your points if you’re not active on their app. They swiped 646 points from me when their app didn’t work in November at the Broadway KCMO location. Their customer stated the policy but didn’t even care enough to respond after that. Was planning on a large purchase for our super Sunday party, but we have other food plans for it now. Was a Pizza Hut fan for over 40 years.
Waited an extra 15 min and everything was over cooked and burnt.
