Came in for $2 pizza night, online said it was ready. GM lied and said another 20 min wait. After almost an hour asked and she informed me that my order had been pushed and now it was another hour wait. She the told me online orders came first, told her mine was online. I swore the last time I ordered from here would be the last time (and it was for me). A friend of mine ordered today, and we got the exact same service that I received. Not only have they now lost my business but also my whole office refuses to go there. The customer service is completely out of line, the management is very rude, they hang up on their customers, and they allow their employees to be just as rude. Customer service is very important and they lack in it and have lost 10 customer because of this.
