Sunday. 11am. Craving the old school Pizza Hut experience. Walked in the door. Lights on. Music in back. Pop the door open 3 times for the beeper to alert staff. NO one showed. We walked out and gave our lunch money to someone else.
Worst pizza ordering service ever, called three times to be told this location doesn't use the call center ordering service... Why would it route to the call center then? I finally got ahold of the store itself only to be told they were to busy to take an order and I would need to order using the mobile app🤣Crazy times we are living in! Called Papa Johns instead, they took my order and delivered it no problem
The new hand tossed is actually a pretty good crust. Highly recommend you to try it. Pretty good pizza for budget minded people.
Waited in line for over 30 minutes for an order that ready for over 45 minutes. POOR SERVICE.
